Not bad experience, but not good. Two different gentleman helped me at two different times. The first gentleman who helped me, was difficult to communicate with. The second gentleman was much easier. **The person at counter makes a difference. Dropped my car off per my reservation window. Once Geiling Auto figured out the problem my vehicle was having, they called me up. After communicating with the first man about my options over the phone, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I went back to the shop, paid for $140 for diagnostic fee, then left with my vehicle. Before I left, the second man was inside the shop (my first time meeting him). The gentleman was genuinely helpful. However, I still decided to take my business somewhere else.
