I understand why now this shop has such an exceptional rating. Very customer service oriented and honest and want to earn your business.

They are always courteous and fully explain the service that is needed. They also give you a list of issues that need to be taken care of. And I appreciate this because I have an older car, a 2008, that needs regular maintenance of different systems so it's good to know what's going on and what to expect.

My brand new battery was mysteriously draining overnight - it did so 3 nights in a row. I had my car towed to Geiling’s, since they were one of the few repair shops with a good rating open on January 2nd. I’m so happy I trusted Geiling to fix the problem - they did not disappointment! They are honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend using Geiling for all your automotive needs!

I was recommended to Geilings by a friend. I went years ago for the first time & loved the work & customer service I recieved. I got a newer car after not having one for 3 years. I've been taking it to the dealership for all the oil changes as needed & they told me I needed brakes this last visit. They quoted me $675 with $400 being labor. I took it to Geilings & not only did I not need new brakes yet but they did the brake fluid flushing & cleaning of the pads & expection/readjusting the pads for under $250. I don't mind paying the professionals (as I am one myself), but I appreciate someone that is honest about the work before anything else. I've been recommending this place to everyone & I even travel from the Westbank to use them. Thank y'all for everything! You'll be seeing me the next time I need anything done.

Solid auto mechanic service in a convenient location in east Metairie. I got an oil change and a tire inspection that turned up an embedded nail, which they repaired. I've been going to Geiling a few years now and find them dependable and reasonably priced.
