They are always courteous and fully explain the service that is needed. They also give you a list of issues that need to be taken care of. And I appreciate this because I have an older car, a 2008, that needs regular maintenance of different systems so it's good to know what's going on and what to expect.

My brand new battery was mysteriously draining overnight - it did so 3 nights in a row.
