My oil change was great but I was not informed my coolant reservoir was dry. I felt you were more concerned with giving me a list of $1,000 worth of needed work than the obvious and simple .

My first time experience was great! Rene and Steve were both courteous and respectful of my desire to keep my 13 year old Highlander, and to transition from dealer service to local small business. I have a road map now that I needed to keep this Toyota up and running til the sun don’t shine.
