Booked an appointment for my truck, dropped it off, they called me 2 hours later and said they don’t want to touch it cause it’s diesel and too old. That part I can understand but they also weren’t very polite and acted like it’s my fault for bringing a vehicle that doesn’t suit them Also a 1990 f350 isn’t even that exotic Wasted a lot of my time, they should have asked more questions when I made the appointment (I was explicit about what needs to be done and what the truck was)
Good Morning, half of the information is missing in your review , you originally came in because your suspension was previously done by someone else and they told you it needed to be tightened , we got all the info and was never informed that the truck was lifted which we can not accommodate , when you got here you added a job for the guys to look at .... speedometer cable came apart having trouble filling fuel tank and hearing air when opening rear tank gas cap " extra job " Once the guys realized it was a diesel they do not deal with the fuel system but still said they would try to look at it for you since you were traveling . I'm sorry it wasn't something we could do but lack of questions on our end wasn't the problem and you were not charged because we dont charge if we can not figure it out .
