Honest auto shop, great service

This was my first time using Geiling's. They were VERY PROFESSIONAL and VERY HONEST! Excellent communication! They were honest up front about when they were going to be able to look at my car. They kept me updated about the status and had my car repaired and ready the very next day. This seems to be rare these days but this company will exceed expectations. They have earned a customer!

I had taken my car three other places and no one could help me. It took Geiling 15 mins to find and fix the issue. Then they took a few hours to make sure the issue was resolved and fixed. And when the issue was found they gave me the prices for the items and services with or with insurance coverages so there was no surprises. The customer service was SECOND TO NONE, along with the extra mile they went to ensure I was getting quality services they pushed to ensure the insurance was taking the brute of the costs! I never had a auto shop make me feel like I was the highest priority to them, I will never go anywhere else nor will I allow friends or family to go anywhere else for their auto services.

We are so happy to feel safe with the repairs and Geling's employee taking time to explain everything. They listened to us and helped us. They took care of the problem. Glad they are here.

have been going to see steve & his dad-"ed" since the "70's" Always honest and go overboard to help me with any problem! NO way you can find a better auto repair shop! They fix it the 1st. time-ALWAYS.
