I came in for an issue and oil change. They forgot the oil change and broke another part of my car. When I called, he said he didn't know.
Drew, I'm sorry that you had an issue here at the shop. I did apologize for forgetting to do the oil and filter change. When you called, I didn't say I didn't know. In fact, I asked you to come back so I can look at it. As far as the switch that you say we broke, it is an aftermarket kill switch that someone had previously installed. Obviously it was working when you left because you started and drove off in the van. Those switches are not very well made to begin with and how long has it been installed in the 1994 Dodge Van. I believe it just wore out from time and usage and wasn't broken here. Thanks
