The work on my car was sound. Happy with that. But what I am ecstatic about is finding a mechanic shop with a fluent translator mechanikese-English! Lorraine is an amazing communicator and was able to describe in great detail, yet totally understandably what was going on with my car, what needed to be addressed right away, and what could wait.
