Quick turnaround
Extremely quick and courteous service as always. The cost of the synthetic oil change for my Prius was a tad (very) high. Other than the big price tag for a simple service the shop is amazing.

Set up a time to bring in and they were ready for me and called me a few hours later when complete. They replaced a water pump at a fair price.
