Great service

I was visiting NOLA from ATL in order to attend to health issues of my elderly parents when my vehicle developed charging issues and luckily went dead on the driveway. I was really in need of my vehicle to get back and forth to hospital. CarMax was not able to address my needs before a week and a half. They referred me to Geiling Auto Svc as part of their Repair Pal Network for warranty care. In spite of their workload they accepted my car and after quick diagnosis revealed a faulty alternator they were able to complete my repair in a 2 day turn around. Rene of GAS was very professional and accommodating in attending to my needs and the warranty process. He kept me abreast of the repair progress via multiple phone calls which helped me tremendously with planning. These folks really know how to run a full service business and I would recommend them to anyone needing vehicle service

Professional, competent service. Performed B1 maintenance service on a Mercedes C300 and removed and replaced secondary air induction pump. I was kept informed of services needed and the estimated cost before the work performed. Once approval was given to proceed with the work, services were completed in the time requested. We were called the next day to ensure all was well with the repair. I appreciated the proactive customer service approach and will use Geiling Auto Service again in the future. I am satisfied that the cost was lower than would have been charged by the dealership.

Overpriced.. please compare with other places before you pay. You will find out what i mean.
