Honest and prices beat a larger company! I'm very happy with the service.

Been taking our cars to Geiling for over 10 years. Have always found them to be efficient and honest, never trying to "oversell"... more than once, they have checked a car for us (at no charge) and assured us that it did NOT need any work. How can you beat that?

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I have never had a problem when bringing my car there and I'm sure I could find cheaper places, but not ones that are better in terms of service.

I always get great, courteous service for good value when I bring our cars to Geiling.

Recently I was in New Orleans working with a group on a Katrina house. My 10 year old Infiniti died and Geiling Auto Service was recommended. Steve gave me a quote said the car would be ready the next day. Steve called and said he could not locate the part anywhere in New Orleans area. On Friday afternoon Steve called and said he had located the all wheel drive stater in Atlanta and was having it flown to New Orleans the next day. Ordinarily, they are closed on Saturday, but Steve said he knew I was from out of town and that the members of my group had left, so he said he would go in on Saturday and repair the car. On Saturday afternoon the car was fixed. I don't know anyone who would go to that much trouble for a customer he might never see again. Oh, and after all the trouble he went to get the part and after bringing in a mechanic to work on the car on a Saturday, Steve honored his original quote. That is great customer service. I don't know why anyone would ever get their car repaired anywhere else. Thank you.

Speed and quality of service excellent as usual.

As a long time customer I have yet to be disappointed. Work is done right the first time.

Brought vehicle for service at approx. 7:45 am. A couple of hours later, business owner called to let me know what services had been performed and informed me of a couple of minor problems that would need attention. He discussed the level of urgency of the repairs and the approx. costs. After deciding what repairs were to be made that day ( new battery), the owner called me not long thereafter that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. While driving the car later that day, I even told my wife that the car starts much easier and no longer has that "noisy drag/ whining sound from the engine". Appears the belts or something else was tightened during the servicing.

Everything was easy, inexpensive, and done right.

Thank you for how the work done on my van was done so expediently and thoroughly. Everytime I have visited Geiling Auto Service, I have always been greeted right away, a clear explanation has always been given of the work needed, and my van is ready most times on the same day.
