We have used Geiling twice now for service to our VW Jetta after being gouged by a European Car Specialist. This is the first mechanic that I have ever used that called me to keep me updated on the work. I have never had to call to find out what is going on. These guys offer great customer service and fair upfront pricing.

Geiling will keep me informed of what upcoming services my car will require (ie. tires need to be changed in near future) and will give me their quote with option to shop prices. I don't feel pressured or like they're taking advantage of the fact that I'm a female who doesn't know any better. Down to earth & great service!
