First off, I want to commend the honesty Geiling Auto Service provides. I bought my BMW in because it was overheating. I was called promptly back to be notified that the thermostat was likely the culprit. The quote was for $460.00. I agreed to proceed with the job. The following day, I get a call and the mechanic to which indicated to me that upon further research, he believed it’s the water pump. On BMW’s, waterpumps are expensive and labor intensive. They informed me that they did not want to change the thermostat and come to find out, it’s the waterpump and referred me to a few shops that would be able to diagnose it for me and pinpoint the problem. This is why I will and always go back to Geiling Auto Service. Geiling Auto Service will be my first destination for any auto repair needs. They never disappoint.

After making an appointment, I took my car in for an oil change. Three minutes after turning in my key, my car was on a lift getting serviced. I was back in my car after 30 minutes. Not only was my oil changed in that time, but it also received a full inspection that found a few regular maintance items that would need attention in the near future. I appreciated being given that information, so I could schedule that work later with no pressure to have it done now.

Checked my car out before a long trip and repaired a nail in my tire, for no additional cost! Did not try to sell me on extra services I did not require. Staff is very friendly and care about their customers.
