Very highly recommend Geiling Auto Service for their exceptional customer service - I have finally found my ‘go to’ repair shop for the first time in my fairly long life time. I had my alternator replaced by them in Feb of 2018 and in November - just before a planned Thanksgiving weekend road trip - the battery started acting up again. Used my other car for the trip but impending unexpected cost of repairs was nagging me throughout. Came back and had the vehicle towed to Geiling and spoke to Steve who looked up his records and informed me the alternator was still under warranty. That made me feel much better. They finished finished the job promptly the next day but what blew me away was that they said there was no charge at all. I was expecting to pay for the labor and time and it bothered me a little that it would be due to a part that failed while under warranty. Completely blown away when Steve said there was no charge at all. To me, that indicates honest, integrity, pride in their trade and a willingness to stand by their work. It inspires confidence for me as a customer to always use their services and to recommend them highly to my friend’s and neighbors - which I did right away. I mean, who is not looking for a great repair shop ? Mr Steve, you have my thanks, my confidence and my loyalty as a customer - I live only a stone’s throw from your garage.
