very quick. honest about when it could be done so I wouldn't have to wait. then it was finished quicker than anticipated. i was given a quote, it came out to be significantly CHEAPER! good luck finding someone else who will do that. they checked my entire vehicle out unsolicited and came back saying all i needed was an oil change which was also reasonable. i will be back for every automotive need they can service. if they can't do it, i will go where they tell me to go. steve is the man!
